We believe OLAPLEX benefits go beyond healthy hair. We believe that by providing tools to repair your hair, you will wear your hair more confidently, thus boosting your self-esteem and wellness. We apply that same ethic to the way our company impacts the environment. We understand that we are responsible for creating as little harm as possible to the environment as a company.

Our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint are ones we are incredibly proud to share:

We limit our secondary packaging, which helps with our "clean and well" status.

We prevent 7000 Mt or 15mm pounds of GHG from being emitted into the environment.

We save 23 mm gallons of water- this is equivalent to providing 73K households with their average daily water consumption.

We save 17k trees from being cut down and 9k acres of US land from being deforested.

We save 9000 acres of US land from deforestation.

We are Clean at Sephora, free from over 50 toxic ingredients, including sulfates (SLS and SLES), parabens, phthalates, mineral oil, formaldehyde, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, triclosan, triclocarban, and contains less than one percent of synthetic fragrances.

Earth is the only planet we have, and our role as a business plays a big part in how we're able to preserve it. We regularly look into ways to be more sustainable for our planet's future. By taking preventative measures, we're able to lighten our carbon footprint and do our part in making this world a better place!
