Returns

If you are in any way not satisfied with your purchase from OLAPLEX.COM, you may return it back to us within 60 days from the date of purchase. To start the return process for US based orders, please find the returns link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit the returns portal linked below. Print out the prepaid shipping label provided, after confirming your return request. If you do not have a printer, you may bring your digital return code to an eligible USPS location and they will print a label for you.

Returns are usually processed within 10-14 business days, and you can expect your refund within 5-7 days after your return is accepted and processed.

Please note, a return fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund for US returns.

*If your purchase was made outside of OLAPLEX.COM, we ask you to contact the retailer directly for a return in line with their return policy. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of any products purchased outside of our authorized distributors or retailers.
