For the month of May, we celebrate and pay tribute to the generations of Asian and Pacific Islanders in America. From past generations to the new ones, there are countless contributions that make America what it is today! At OLAPLEX’s inception, before anyone knew what a bond builder was or what it did, we went to celebrity hair colorist, Tracey Cunningham. Not only is Tracey a powerful, inspiring member of the AAPI community, she also played an integral role in testing OLAPLEX before we even had proper packaging for it! Her trust and support helped spread the word about our ‘liquid gold.’ From testing it on her A-list clients, to educating the world as an OLAPLEX Ambassador!

When it comes to videos, no one does it quite as well as OLAPLEX Ambassador Guy Tang. Guy has been an ambassador for OLAPLEX since the early days, wowing the internet with his famed fantasy color transformations. When OLAPLEX revolutionized the hair industry, inventing the bond building category, transformations were the number one photo on social media that wow-ed and converted people to try OLAPLEX for themselves. World of mouth has played an integral role and we thank the AAPI community for contributing to our shared success!
