Olaplex Pro Rewards FAQs
The OLAPLEX Pro Rewards Program provides stylists with a unique experience to engage in the OLAPLEX community with VIP treatment and exclusive perks. By shopping on pro.olaplex.com and at authorized distributors in the United States (and its territories) only, eligible professional stylists can earn their way to different tier levels with exclusive perks and rewards. Points also can be earned by participating in different on-site activities. Points can be redeemed for OLAPLEX salon swag, products, and exclusive experiences.
You will have the option to join the Program when registering for a professional account at pro.olaplex.com. If you are already a registered professional, log in to pro.olaplex.com, go to the Rewards section, and follow the prompts to sign up.
You must be registered as a professional stylist at pro.olaplex.com, which requires proof of your valid cosmetology license. You also must be a legal resident of the United States (including its territories) and at least 18 years old.
A salon cannot join directly, but can participate through an individual representative who has a professional stylist account at pro.olaplex.com. Rewards memberships are limited to one account per eligible individual.
Program points can be earned by making purchases at pro.olaplex.com or by uploading a copy of your receipt of OLAPLEX purchases from an authorized U.S. distributor. You can also earn points by participating in activities (listed in the Rewards section of your account page) that vary from time to time.
Yes. Certain activities may have a cap on how many times you can perform the activity, as listed on the Rewards page.
Go to your profile and click on the “Rewards” section. In the “Earn points” section, click on “Upload a receipt” and follow the on screen prompts. You must upload a copy of your receipt or valid proof of purchase showing itemized OLAPLEX products. The Receipt must display distributor name, location, date/time of purchase, unique identifier (such as a receipt number or barcode), an itemized list of OLAPLEX products, and the amount paid for each product. The receipt must be uploaded within 60 days of purchase. It may take up to 72 hours to process your receipt.

No. OLAPLEX Pro Rewards points may only be earned through valid purchases made at the authorized distributors listed in the Program terms and conditions at pro.olaplex.com.
You can check your points balance and history in your customer account profile when signed in at pro.olaplex.com.
Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity on your account. Inactivity is defined as a period in which a member earns no points or redeems no points.
A full list of available rewards is listed in the Rewards section of your account profile. These rewards are subject to change based on current inventory levels, and/or at the discretion of OLAPLEX. New rewards will become available from time to time. You may not be able to access rewards that have a higher point value than your current point balance. Points may not be exchanged for cash or used for any other purpose.
Rewards will be available to add to your order in the checkout. Once you’ve completed your shipping and billing information, you will see a dropdown menu with all available rewards. You may select one reward per purchase. Points will be deducted from your point balance automatically.
No, rewards are not able to be exchanged or returned.
Tiers are determined by the dollar amount spent in a calendar year (from January 1-December 31). Your tier will either be determined by the dollar amount spent year-to-date, or the dollar amount spent in the previous calendar year, whichever is greater. This includes dollars spent at pro.olaplex.com and at authorized distributors in the United States (and its territories).
You can check your tier status in your professional account profile when signed in at pro.olaplex.com.
The benefits of your assigned tier are described on the Rewards page at pro.olaplex.com and are subject to change at the discretion of OLAPLEX.
Your tier status is valid through the end of the following calendar year. If you reach a higher tier, your status will automatically upgrade to the next tier level, and your new status will remain through the following calendar year.
If your cosmetology license expires, you must update your information in your customer account profile at pro.olaplex.com. Your OLAPLEX PRO REWARDS membership will not be active while your license is expired, but will resume once you update your license.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to exclude you from participation in the Program at any time or suspend or audit your account for any reason. Suspected illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorized use of memberships or other activity inconsistent with our OLAPLEX Pro Rewards Program: Terms and Conditions shall result in termination.
OLAPLEX reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict, cancel or otherwise terminate the Program (or any aspect or feature thereof) and the rewards at any time even if such action affects rewards already earned.
