If you are in any way not satisfied with your purchase from uk.olaplex.com, you may return it back to us within 60 days from the date of purchase. To start the return process for UK based orders please visit the returns portal linked below. Print out the prepaid shipping label provided, after confirming your return request.

Returns are usually processed within 10-14 business days, and you can expect your refund within 5-7 days after your return is accepted and processed.

Please note, a return fee of £4 GBP will be deducted from your refund for returns.

*If your purchase was made outside of UK.OLAPLEX.COM, we ask you to contact the retailer directly for a return in line with their return policy. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of any products purchased outside of our authorised distributors or retailers.
