OLAPLEX x poppi Giveaway Official Rules 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

OVERVIEW: Olaplex, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and VNGR Beverage, LLC d/b/a Poppi (“Co-Sponsor), is conducting a giveaway promotion on the Instagram platform to eligible participants in the 50 United States plus District of Columbia during July 7, 2026 through July 13, 2026 called the OLAPLEX x poppi Giveaway (“Giveaway”).  Each giveaway promotion that references these Official Rules (“Official Rules”) is a “Giveaway”.  Individuals may enter the Giveaway for an opportunity to win a prize. Participation in any Giveaway is completely free. The Giveaway shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry who meet the eligibility requirements.  Employees, officers or directors of Sponsor or Co-Sponsor, or any of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in the Giveaway (collectively, the “Giveaway Entities”), as well as the immediate family and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate.  Void where prohibited by law. 

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: Giveaway begins on 7/7/2026 at 12:00am ET and ends on 7/13/2026 at 11:59pm PT (“Giveaway Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: Participants must complete each of the following steps, during the Giveaway Period, to enter the Giveaway:

1. “Like” the OLAPLEX x poppi Giveaway post on Instagram the official OLAPLEX (@olaplex) and poppi (@drinkpoppi) Instagram accounts (“Entry Site”).

2. “Repost” the OLAPLEX x poppi Giveaway post to your Instagram Stories. 

3. “Follow” the official OLAPLEX (@olaplex) and poppi (@drinkpoppi) Instagram accounts. Following on Instagram requires having an account on Instagram, which is free to create. When you follow the OLAPLEX and poppi Instagram accounts, you will receive a follow-up direct message (DM) from the official OLAPLEX Instagram account (@olaplex) with an opportunity for a 2nd entry.  To receive that 2nd entry, you must provide your email address to Olaplex and confirm your agreement to receive emailed marketing from Olaplex.  

Limit one (1) entry per person and per Instagram Account per Giveaway. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using different or multiple Instagram accounts, phone numbers, email addresses or identities is prohibited and may result in disqualification. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible.  No responsibility is assumed for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected entries.  

Note: Entry must be made by the entrant. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, including but not limited to commercial Giveaway subscription notifications and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Giveaway. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.

ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE): To enter the Giveaway without participating via social media, you may send an email to social@olaplex.com with the subject line "OLAPLEX x poppi Giveaway Entry" during the Giveaway Period (7/7/2026 – 7/13/2026). Your email must include your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person. AMOE entries will be included in the same random drawing as all other eligible entries and will have an equal chance of winning.

PRIZES: Seven (7) prizes are available for the OLAPLEX x poppi Giveaway: OLAPLEX º7 Shine Serum Oil Mist x poppi influencer mailer (approximate retail value of each prize: $75 US) consisting of the following products:

• 2 cans of poppi (12 oz. each)

• 1 OLAPLEX º7 Bonding Oil (30 mL)

• 1 OLAPLEX º7 Shine Serum Oil Mist (80 mL)

Prize winners are solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs imposed as a result of acceptance or use of a prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalents or substitutions of the prizes are offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and Co-Sponsor.  Sponsor and Co-Sponsor reserve the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.  Winners are strictly prohibited from reselling any prize on any e-commerce platform, online marketplace, or social media marketplace.    

SELECTION OF WINNER: Seven (7) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Giveaway Period. Each selection will take place within approximately two (2) business days following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period. 

ODDS: The odds of winning the Giveaway depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Giveaway.

VALIDATION AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: All entries and eligibility are subject to validation and verification by Sponsor as well as the Giveaway judges, whose decisions are final on all aspects of each Giveaway.  The potential winner of each Giveaway will be notified via a direct message (DM) on Instagram from the official account of OLAPLEX (@olaplex) and/or via email to the email address provided at the time of entry, within approximately 10 business days following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period. If a potential winner cannot be reached or does not respond within five (5) days after the initial notification attempt, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her provided an Instagram Account Name is unreachable, the potential winner may be disqualified, and his/her prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. 

By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Giveaway judges.  Each potential winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if the potential winner is deemed a minor in the place of his/her residence) may be required to sign and return, within five (5) days of notification, a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) prior to being declared a winner. Failure to sign and return the Prize Claim Documents within the designated time period may, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.   

Once contacted, winners will have five (5) days to provide their US mailing address where prize shall be sent. After receipt of a winner’s address, prize will be shipped within four (4) weeks.  Failure to respond to the Instagram DM within five (5) days or to comply with any other provision may result in the winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If a prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the applicable prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. All decisions are final. All Federal, state and local tax liabilities are the responsibility of the winners.

All prizes are awarded "as is" with no guarantee, either express or implied. If by reason of a printing, typographical, or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. The prize will be shipped to the winners at the expense of the Sponsor and/or Co-Sponsor.

ADDITIONAL RULES:  This Giveaway is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations, transmission, or phone calls, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile device related to or resulting from participating in any Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any promotion or Giveaway it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of any Giveaway, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of any Giveaway, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.    

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the sole phone number associate with the Instagram Account submitted at time of entry, and where a phone number is not associated with the Instagram Account, the sole email address associated therewith. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a phone number by a wireless service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning phone numbers, or where no phone number is associated with the Instagram Account, the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

If for any reason, this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Giveaway, or any portion thereof. If this Giveaway or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Giveaway and processing of entries in accordance with these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Giveaway or any portion thereof. In the event this Giveaway is cancelled, the Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award all remaining prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect online entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. If such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension occurs, notification will be posted at the Entry Site. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where a dispute arises about who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the Instagram Account entered. 

Except where prohibited, participation in any Giveaway and/or receipt or use of any prize constitutes each winner’s consent for the Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotional or advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further review, notification, payment, or consideration (unless prohibited by law).

The Sponsor, Co-Sponsor and any and all Internet server(s) and access provider(s) (collectively, "Promotion Entities"), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively with the Promotion Entities, the "Releasees") are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including without limitation any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway; inability to access the Entry Site; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site (including the Entry Site) or for any other reason whatsoever; printing or other errors; any entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or any combination thereof.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Giveaway, you (and if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree that the Giveaway Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising, promotion and public relations agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses costs, damages, or expenses of any kind (including without limitation, attorney’s fees), resulting from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or parts thereof, or participation in this Giveaway. Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes the liability of the Sponsor for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Sponsor or Co-Sponsor. Sponsor and Co-Sponsor are each responsible only for its respective portion of the prize. For New Jersey Residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.     

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited by law, by participating in any Giveaway, you agree that: (1) all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with any Giveaway or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the appropriate federal or state court located in New York for such purpose; and (2) all claims, judgments and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Giveaway, but in no event attorneys' fees.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights or obligations of the entrant or Sponsor in connection with any Giveaway, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

NO AFFILIATION WITH INSTAGRAM: No Giveaway is sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, nor is Instagram associated with any Giveaway in any way. By entering, you acknowledge that Instagram bears no responsibility for any promotion and you release Instagram from any liability whatsoever in connection with any promotion. You understand that you are providing entry information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding any Giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor, and not to Instagram.
